In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@transcendentamulet.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

The materials vary by piece and will be specified either in the listing or via a live sale.

The chains are stainless steel unless a different material is specified. This choice was made based on stainless steel being least problematic for wear on skin. Feel free to ask about other available chain options.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to jewelry, personal injury, or any other issues resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

Slight imperfections are to be expected in the hand finished sterling silver and mixed media used on each handmade piece. Therefore, each item will vary slightly leaving no two identical.

Every purchase you make by claiming an item in a live sale is final. No exchanges or returns. If you fail to follow through with payment for your purchases you will be removed from future sales.

Returning and exchanging items in live sales robs other customers of the items they want and creates more work for a small business owner to make a sale.

After the sale, there will be a listing in the Live+Feed Sales section with your user name. You place that listing in your cart and proceed to checkout.

*Make sure your shipping info is correct as many of the pieces of jewelry are one of a kind and will not be remade if a package is lost or damaged. This is why package insurance or signature required.
